The New Mexico Guardianship Association Board of Directors invites you to join us, the premier organization devoted to improving guardianship practice in the State of New Mexico.  As we contemplate the opportunities and the challenges in the fields of Guardianship and related professions consider the mission of this organization:

 

• The Members of the New Mexico Guardianship Association are dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of ethics and practice in accordance with Courts of this State in order to serve and protect the best interests of those to whom they provide service.

 

• The members will promote communication and sharing of resources and experienced members will mentor new members.  The members will promote awareness of the association and respect for the Guardianship/Conservatorship profession.

 

• The members will advocate for and contribute to the development of effective regulation and legislation for the benefit of those receiving services.
